Four 5-storied residential housing blocks were constructed in Tallinn just near Kadrioru park garden. These four block of flats have 60 two- to four-bedroom flats and a joint underground parking floor for up to 70 cars.
The architects for this project were Lauri Nõmme and Inno Vanaselja. The main contractor were Azelta OÜ.
Concrete additive XYPEX Admix C-1000NF was used in the underground construction for waterproofing the building. CETCO Waterstop RX-101 DX expansion tape with CETCO Revo-Fix metal mesh strip was used in joints. Wall formwork joints were filled watertightly with CETCO Waterstop RX-101 concrete joint sealant and Xypex Patch & Plug watertight mixture.
