Residential housing quarter in Tondi, Marsi St. 3A-3C

Elevator shafts in the building were waterproofed with Grace Preprufe 160R rollable membrane. The roof ceiling between buildings, a so-called Plaza, was covered with Grace Bituthene 4000 rollable membrane. The edges of the waterproofing on the roof ceiling were sealed with Grace Bituthene Mastic liquid membrane. The waterproofing was covered with Styrofoam insulation. Uninsulated parts were covered with Grace Servipak 3 mm boards to protect the waterproofing.
