Jahu St. 1a, Tallinn

Walls, a turned roof and a car drive way were waterproofed using Grace Bituthene 4000 rollable membrane. Corners were filleted using GRACE Bituthene LM liquid membrane. Both, upper and lower edges of the membrane were sealed with Grace Bituthene Mastic liquid membrane. The waterproofing was protected with Styrofoam insulation on the walls and ceiling. We also sealed sewage and heating piping using HAUFF-TECHNIK plastic sleeves and pipe seals.
The architect for the apartment building was Alice Laanemägi, construction by Merko Ehitus Eesti AS.
