Emajõe Business Centre
In August 2008 Emajõe Hub Community and Business Centre Tasku opened in Tartu, on 42 000 m² of which there is a cluster cinema, a conference centre for 900 people, a coach station extension, various cafes and pubs, famous fashion companies’ outlet stores, a SPA hotel and a car park for more than 550 cars. The construction developer is Estiko AS, the contractor – YIT Ehitus AS and the architect – Kalle Rõõmus arhitektuuribüroo AS.
The contractor ordered with our company different waterproofing works.
