Mardi St. 9, Tallinn

We waterproofed the elevator shaft in the building using Grace Preprufe/Bituthene system materials. We used Grace Bituthene 4000 rollable membrane for basement walls waterproofing. We installed Interplast Iso-Drain 8 Diagonal protection mats to protect Grace membranes. We used Cetco Voltex DS bentonite waterproofing mat to waterproof the basement floor and Cetco Waterstop RX expanding joint on walls and on the perimeter of the posts.

All together 46 apartments, 5 approx. 100 sq.m. wide commercial areas and an underground parking floor will be built to the 7-storied building in Mardi St. 9.
The apartment building was designed by KUU architects, constructed by Ramm Ehitus OÜ and it was ordered from Brave Capital.
