Development project with exclusive urban villas and luxury apartments was built in Kadrioru, just near Luigetiik and former Kadrioru castle Sloboda – an area with cultural and environmental value. This closed residential territory is private, safe and car-free, there are rest areas and playgrounds in the courtyard. Urban villa type buildings have separate front gardens and terraces. Parking area is in an underground garage, were all residents have separate entrances to their homes. The author of the architectural project is architect Tiit Trummal, contractor is ECD Investeeringute OÜ.

GRACE Preprufe 300R rolled-on membrane was used to waterproof the base plate of the building. Basement floors were protected with Grace Bituthene 4000 membrane. Before the membrane was rolled on, corner filletings were made using GRACE Bituthene LM liquid membrane. Membrane lower and top edges were sealed with GRACE Bituthene Mastic liquid membrane. The remaining wall formwork was watertightened with GRACE Preprufe 160R rolled-on membrane. Drainage mats Interplast Iso-Drain 8 Geo and Iso-Drain 8 Diagonal were used to protect the waterproofing membrane. Base plate and walls expansion joints were filled with PVC joint tape.

In addition rainwater tank floor, walls and ceiling were waterproofed with Xypex mixtures.
