Keila Joa cottage swimming pool

On a beautiful landscape of Keila –Joa there is a 2-storey stone cottage, built in 2007. It has 5 rooms and 3 bedrooms. The plot area is 1000 m², house gross area 180 m². The house is heated by the air-type system fireplace (pipes installed in each room). In a hall, WC, bathroom and one bedroom there are ceramic floor plates with electric heating. All other rooms have laminated parquet. There is a baIcony and a recessed balcony upstairs. The distance to the sea is 1 km, to the river 600m, location from Tallinn is 25 km.

Through the owner’s request we fulfilled waterproofing of the swimming pool in the basement.
